If you misplace or find any items during your stay, please contact our Front Office. We will do our best to assist in locating or returning lost items to their rightful owners. Please check with the Front Office for any missing or misplaced items. ONE Canal Point cannot assume responsibility for any missing items left behind.

Please note that housekeeping does not do personal laundry.

Yes, dishwashing is included in our housekeeping services.

Housekeeping hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

If you would like to schedule any housekeeping, please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival, or contact the Front Office during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).

Housekeeping is not available on weekends or Cayman statutory holidays.

Our housekeeping team ensures a comfortable experience by providing the following services:

Light Clean:  

Make the beds (not change of linen).

Refresh Bathrooms.

Take out garbage and replace liners.

Sweep and mop house.

Full Clean:

Change Bed Linen.

Clean Bedroom, Bathroom and Kitchen.

Take garbage out and replace bin liners.

Sweep and mop house.

Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental fees at ONE Canal Point. However, all our units are equipped with washer-dryers and come stocked with basic cleaning supplies for your convenience. Units undergo professional cleaning prior to arrival and upon departure. For reservations of 7 nights or more, one complimentary housekeeping service is available upon request. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged for a fee. To schedule any housekeeping during your stay, please inform us at least 7 days prior to arrival or contact the Front Office during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
