TERMS & CONDITIONS
Maximum occupancy is as follows:
1 Bedroom Condos accommodate up to 2 guests, and rates include 1-2 guests.
2 Bedroom Condos accommodate up to 4 guests, and rates include 1-4 guests.
3 Bedroom Condos accommodate up to 6 guests, and rates include 1-6 guests.
4 Bedroom Townhomes accommodate up to 8 guests, and rates include 1-8 guests.
ONE Canal Point requires a 3-night minimum stay, except for Holiday bookings*, which have a 7-night minimum.

Rates are in $USD and do not include 13% government tax or 10% resort fee.
Special offers and discounts may not be combined.
Rates include free Wi-Fi, free parking, as well as use of swimming pools, hot tub, sun loungers,
fitness center, BBQs, entertainment cabana, playground, beach chairs and more.
ONE Canal Point can accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
A credit card must be provided at time of booking as well as at check-in.
The condos and townhomes at ONE Canal Point are all unique but finished to a consistently high standard.
We cannot guarantee specific room assignments to guests before arrival but make every effort to accommodate requests.
We do guarantee the selected room category (or better).
Smoking is not permitted inside the units or on patios or balconies.
Please be mindful of those around you while smoking and discard cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets are NOT permitted at ONE Canal Point.
Guests must be 18 or older to place a reservation.
Guests under the age of 18 are only allowed to check in with a parent or official guardian.
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental fees at ONE Canal Point.
All of our units have washer-dryers and come stocked with basic cleaning supplies.
Units are professionally cleaned prior to arrival and upon departure.
One complimentary housekeeping service can be provided, upon request, for reservations of 7 nights or more.
Additional housekeeping can be arranged for a fee.
If you would like to schedule any housekeeping during your stay, please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival, or contact the front desk during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
A 3-night deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
The remaining balance as well as taxes and fees will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
Full payment is required for reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to arrival.
100% of the reservation is forfeit for cancellations received within 30 days of arrival.
No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or early departures.
Holiday Reservation Policies
Holiday bookings require a 7-night minimum stay.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a holiday booking.
The remaining balance, taxes, and fees will be charged 60 days before arrival.
Full payment is required for reservations made within 60 days of arrival.
Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 60 days prior to arrival.
100% of the reservation total is forfeit for cancellations received within 60 days of arrival.
Loss or Damages
Guests are responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.
ONE Canal Point is not responsible for any losses that occur during a stay.
There is a charge of US$25 per key token not returned upon departure.
“Worry-Free” Hurricane Policy
If a hurricane warning is issued for the Cayman Islands by the National Hurricane Center within seven days of your scheduled arrival date, you may call or email ONE Canal Point to reschedule or cancel your reservation and receive a full refund.
If a hurricane warning is issued during your stay and you are forced to depart early, a refund will be issued for any unused nights.
Please note that our hurricane policy is only applicable on reservations booked directly with ONE Canal Point.
