Please note that weekly and departure housekeeping fees are not included in the nightly and 30-day rates noted above.
Terms & Conditions
Long term vacation rental rates are available between June 15 and December 15, 2025.
Minimum 30 night stay is required.
Rates are in $USD and to not include 13% government tax or 10% resort fee.
Rates include high speed internet, electricity, water and gas.
The fees for the first 30 nights will be charged on the day of arrival, and where applicable, on the billing anniversary on a monthly basis.
All payments are non-refundable and non-commissionable.
Deposit & Cancellation Policies
A security deposit equal to 50% of the first 30 days’ rent will be charged at time of booking.
Condo will be inspected upon departure and expenses for damage and/or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit.
Any remaining security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure.
Reservations can be cancelled up to 60 days of arrival with an administrative fee equal to 5% of the security deposit. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
Security deposit is non-refundable within 60 days of arrival and will be forfeit in the event of a no-show or early departure.
Refunds/credits will not be issued in the event of an early departure.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is not included in the long term vacation rental rates.
Housekeeping is mandatory and will be provided on a weekly basis and upon departure.
Additional housekeeping is available upon request and can be arranged during office hours with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Housekeeping fees vary based off the size of the unit.
